Prosperity Tech Solution ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Party Games mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy in strict compliance with the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement and Apple App Store Review Guidelines.
- No Account Required: The App does not require user registration or account creation. You can play all unlocked and temporary pass games completely anonymously.
- Minimal Data Collection: We follow data minimization principles. We only collect the necessary telemetry data to ensure stability, track gameplay stats locally, and serve ads.
- Data Security & Encryption: All data transmitted to our third-party service providers (such as Firebase) is encrypted in transit using Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS) HTTPS protocols.
2. Information We Collect
To improve the performance of our App and understand player behavior, we collect the following types of information:
- Non-Personal Telemetry & Analytics: Aggregated screen views, session duration, and gameplay feature events (e.g. card swipe counts, custom packs created) tracked via Google Firebase Analytics.
- Device & Diagnostic Data: Technical crash telemetry, device hardware model, operating system version, and system CPU data tracked via Google Firebase Crashlytics to resolve freezes and debug updates.
- Advertising & Device Identifiers: We partner with Unity Ads to serve ads in the App. Unity Ads may access your device's unique Google Advertising ID (ADID) on Android or Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS to control ad frequency, prevent spam, and deliver personalized ads when allowed by your settings.

The App is designed for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. Certain categories (specifically the Spicy Section) contain mature themes and are strictly intended for users aged 18 and older.
